Terms & Conditions:-

1. For the Chairpersons Post at Serial No: 1 a The Chairpersons selected, other than faculty members of KMC/KTH, shall have salary package equivalent to the initial basic pay of the same faculty post/scale they are already settled on under prescribed rules and regulations of MTI-KMC/KTH. While, faculty members of KMC/KTH, after being selected, shall continue to draw his/her pay equivalent to the scale post/scale being already appointed.

2. The post will be a tenure based position for a period of 03 years and renewable for two further terms of three years each at the discretion of the Dean and the advice of the Academic Council based upon performance and so documented by the Dean. 

3. Institutional Based Practice (IBP) for clinical chairpersons shall be mandatory. The selected doctor shall not practice medicine outside the hospital premises. IBP perks and privileges will be admissible.

For the Posts at Serial No: 2 to 7

4. Applications (on prescribed form) along-with CV, attested testimonials, CNIC and other experience certificates and credentials like SSC/HSSC/B.S/MBBS/M.Sc/M.Phil/Ph.D/Academic certificates (as required) and other relevant documents should reach to the office of the Dean KMC with in FIFTEEN (15) working days of the publication of this advertisement. Forms are available on KMC website i.e. http://www.kmc.edu.pk. Applicants should deposit (Rs. 1000/- for Serial No: 2 to 6, & Rs. 500/- for Serial No: 7) for the above posts as processing fee (non-refundable) in NBP, University Campus Branch, Peshawar in favour of Dean, KMC, slips are available at NBP, Account No. NIDA-10 and attach original slip with application form. 

5. Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately, depositing Rs. 1000, for each post. 

6. Candidates at Serial No 2 must submit name, email address, contact number, and designation of three referees. 

7. Only shortlisted candidates as per prescribed criteria shall be called for the interview.

8. Services of selected candidates will be governed, under the KPK Medical & Teaching Institution Reform Act, 2015, (amended from time to time) Civil/government servants or employee of any organization shall apply through Proper Channel 

9. All civil/government servants (if selected) or employee of any organization, will resign from Civil/Govt. service or from employment of any other organization. No lien or any such relief of any sort shall be acceptable. 

10. An incomplete application or application received after the closing time and date shall stand rejected/cancelled. 

11.All recruitment will be done on merit basis. Therefore, any reason to influence the process will make candidate liable for disqualification in the said selection process.

12. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview.

13. Selected clinical faculty members must do mandatory IBPs as per MTI-Act 2015 (amended from time to time). 

14.No TA/DA is allowed for test/interview.
